TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We accept Card payments via Pay Pal and we adhere to their regulations and checks to verify accounts.

Should you have made a mistake on your order, please contact me via our form on the contact page or email us on enquiries@wired4healing.co.uk and I will contact yourself to rectify this for you.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: I usually deliver the order within a 14 day period.

PACKING: All prints are rolled and packaged within a protective tube.

ORIGINAL ART: This is always carefully wrapped and protected within a carded support and then heavily wrapped.

REMITTANCE TERMS: Payment in advance is required for all sales.

RETURNS POLICY: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Your are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days of submitting your order.

You are entitled to return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. However, this does not include the cost of return delivery costs, and you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

Once the goods are received your refund will be paid within 30 days.

If goods have been damaged and are not in a saleable condition on receipt of delivery. Payment will not be reimbursed.
